Do I book with Flyparkeren or with the provider?

You book and pay directly with the provider. We send you to their website; your booking and confirmation come from them.

Can I cancel my booking?

That depends on the provider. Where known, we list the cancellation conditions as the provider publishes them, but always check them when booking.

Which times do I enter?

When you drop off and pick up the car, not your flight times. Allow time for check-in and any shuttle ride.

What if my flight is delayed?

You usually pay per started day. If you return later than planned, the provider may charge extra days. Contact the provider in case of a delay; their conditions apply.
